It is the outcome, the way we feel at a given time. Pressure denotes what life throws at us- the circumstances, the way our situation is, the way people are behaving around us. Resistance denotes our capacity, our coping skills, the way we respond in any given situation. It is the only thing in our control in the entire formula.
